Planning Intimate Wedding Ideas
Having an intimate wedding gives you the space to be more intentional about your choices. I imagine it to be a breathtaking process. A process that allows you to inhale the things and design you truly adore with the people you love. My heart swells for this so, I wanted to create some space to share vendors that share the same interest as you.
Recently, I met with florist, planner + designer of Amberly Events. We sat for three hours at Cafe Intermezzo and connected over life, God, our stories and small events. We share the same zeal and desire for intentionality and enjoying the design and process of a small gathering.
During our time together I could see the passion and true love for her work. The time, resources and heart she’s put in to bring true meaning of what it’s like to have a luxury intimate event that treasures the details. When you see her work, detail, quality and results she’s produced, you’ll be drawn + compelled just like I was. Amber is the one you want to plan + design your intimate wedding, or event. She can see the vision of your event with her heart because it’s who she is.
It’s what she lives and breathes.
She wants pizza on china.
Luxury, with intentionality.
Her favorite wine + dark chocolate.
A corner of the world with her closest friends.
She wants to curate design true to intimacy.
She wants you to see that the people you surround yourself with for your event should have the best of you, your time and the space you created for them. Those people are enough and worthy of the finer things. They are seen and known in your life for the reasons you choose to celebrate your life with them. And they are yours to cherish.

Intimate Event Obstacles
Amber helps you overcome the obstacles you can face when planning something intimate with the resources she’s gathered. She knows who to go to and why. One example she gave was selecting a caterer for her elopement brunch. Unfortunately, no one wanted to book an event that only served 40 people because they wanted the benefits of serving a larger crowd, however, she solved that problem by using a personal chef.
As a florist who knows the value of such intricate details, she shares the importance of selection and the heart behind your choices. All so you and your guests can truly enjoy every selection you made and the reason for your life’s celebration. She knows the value of small, but also the value of what and who you choose to share those things with.
Selecting the people in your lives to share your most treasured moments with is a delightful thing.
