Throughout David + Sarah’s wedding day, I caught tears, laughter and joy that showed how tender their love was. And by far, seeing David’s response to Sarah’s walk down the aisle was my favorite. Everyone could feel the tears of joy and gratitude that ran through his heart. Sarah blushed throughout the ceremony which was so so adorable!
I got to ask them a few questions early on in the wedding planning process and I have to tell you, this is one of the funnest stories I’ve heard! They met at Chick-fil-a after Sarah mentioned that she’d seen him around at their church. As they exchanged emails that dialogued about serving in the same ministry it led them to pursue more time outside the inbox. After 2 years, they have both enjoyed the process of getting to truly know each other. They said, that has been the best part. In their new life together, they are looking forward to “all the new adventures and journeys. But, also, just getting to be by each others side every step of the way.”
If there was any more indication of how kind and thoughtful David and Sarah were, it was 2 weeks after their wedding date that I received a card in the mail. Their photos weren’t delivered yet and they were already expressing their love + gratitude over their wedding day photos + experience. Getting to know them more was by far one of my greatest experiences and it’s safe to say we’ll continue our friendship in years to come!
Thank you for letting me capturing your greatest day and celebrating you along the way.
